Be part of the crew that brings events to life at Montana State University.
Flexible, hands-on jobs that fit your class schedule. Work up to 20 hours/week during the academic year and up to 40 hours/week during the summer. Positions listed below.
Event Services also offers Gig Work or one time only jobs through the Posted! app. Please check us out there if you only want to work occasionally throughout the year.

AV Tech - Set up/tear down, operation, and troubleshooting of A/V tech for meetings and events. Some production opportunities available. $17/hour
Bobcat Ticket Office Representatives - Sales & customer service at the ticket windows. Flexible 2+ hour shifts Monday – Friday, with opportunities to work events on the weekends. $16/hour
Custodial Crew/Clean Up Crew - Basic cleaning of public spaces and cleaning the stadium and fieldhouse pre and post event. $18/hour
Guest Services - Ushering, ticket taking, and hand stamping at athletic and other events. $16/hour
Sports Facilities - Office Associate - Ushering, ticket taking, and hand stamping at athletic and other events. $16/hour
Stadium Snow Shoveling - Football Season (Gig Work) - Snow removal from the bleachers and walkways at the Bobcat Stadium. $22/hour
Stagehands (Gig Work) - Setup, maintenance, and breakdown of stage and event equipment for athletic and other special events. Hours are event driven. Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours. $22/hour
Student Operations Crew - Similar work to a Stagehand but scheduled for consistent hours. Work up to 20hours per week during the academic year. $17/hour
SUB Rec Center - Bowling Mechanic - $17 per hour
